Dr. Douthit graduated from medical school and completed a general surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Texas Tech University Health Science Center before completing a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Hand Center in San Antonio. Dr. Douthit treats patients of all ages and has a particular interest in hand-shoulder issues, peripheral nerve surgery, orthopedic trauma and sports injuries.
